Looking for JPN player - Novice Preferred

Well it's about time to try my newbie luck against a person. I would prefer starting slow and as the game process becomes second nature speeding up. I love the game (thanks Matrix!) and I hope to find somebody who I can play so we can learn and enjoy at the same time. Can't promise a certain turn around time for turns. So if you are a person that sends a turn off and then sits and waits at the inbox for an answer, I am not your guy to play.

I play these games for fun and distraction. I have studied everything I can get my hands on about the war and I have a grandfather commanding one of the vessels in the game. So I am very interested in playing somebody who is a much a history nut as a gamer.
