Graphics looks ugly

Running Win 7, ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series Card.
Colors are washed out ad graphics fuzzey. Any Ideas to resolve this

Are you using 32 bit graphics?
Maybe the dlls or drivers are getting mixed signals.

I have made some changes since my first post, and it did get better, but I remember clearer graphics years ago when I used to play this.
I haven't been able to get a screen shot into my reply.

The graphics should look the same as they did before, so I am curious to see how they are looking now.

Use the orange "post reply" button and check the box for embed picture in post.
