Harpoon 3.6.3 Full Screen?

Hi. Is it possible to get 3.6.3 to run in full screen and not a window? I have a good old fashion perfectly square LCD monitor, but I don't see anything in the config file (or the ini editor included in the 3.6.3 folder) that allows full screen. Is 3.6.3 a run in window only application?

You can do the config on the launcher cant you? If not press alt+enter while in game and it will switch to FS.

No. The alt+enter doesn't work. The ini editor doesn't have any option for full screen. If anyone is able to get it to run full screen please instruct how.
