Hex overlay map tool?

Been away from TOAW For a couple years now and am getting back into it. I am trying to find a hex overlay tool for making maps, if I recall correctly I used one called odd. Dose anyone know where I can find this tool or a substitute one in its place (think it use to be at tdg but their gone now).
