Kendari will be a bridgehead to further invasions of Java, Kupang and Ambon. As part of our strike on Kendari Naval troops will land at Ternate and Manado. The invasion will be covered by the 2nd Carrier Strike Force.

Hello dennishe, smooth campaign tor now, maybe except loss of Ikazuchi.
Just for sure: Southeast Area Fleet commander is VADM Kusaka (Jinichi Kusaka I thing because his cousin Ryunosuke was RADM) not Kusoka, right??

Thanks for the comment. I'm copying things straight from WITP-AE, but may have made a mistake (there are probably a whole lot more). I'll take a look when I do the next turn.

Our torpedo bombers have sunk AKL Sipora at Singapore. Apparently, the Allies are still moving troops out. Tomorrow we will officially relocate our HQ to Kuching. From then on our torpedo bombers can strike all over the DEI from bases at Kuching and Kendari.

Our midget submarine attack on Colombo failed. Two midgets were launched. One was hit by a mine. The other one did not return either. Tomorrow two more midgets will try to enter Colombo port.
