Promo Code won't take

Promo Code won't take

I have my EMail with promo code but it's not taking on my order (AUS$).
Having read the instruction for using the code I can't determine that I'm doing anything wrong.
Any advice, please?

Sorry, but this promo application is still not working for me. All I get when I press apply is that the extended download service is added to the total again if I've first removed it. Trying in $AUS if it's relevant

I'm thinking I made the mistake of pressing the USA Store button when applying for the code. Is this fixable, please?

It's probably unnecessary, but I would like to express my thanks to Matrix for solving my problem with the Promo code - one that was my fault (although unintentionally).
I have now installed Ultimate & hope it restores my interest in Naval Warfare.
I also just installed Crown of Glory EE, however, so there may be delays (again)

I am also having an issue with the promo code not working. I posted a week ago on the "support" section and as yet I have not heard anything concrete. Can I get some help?
