Game doesn't run with VISTA. Stops with MiniDump

I just bought this game. Downloaded and installed on Win VISTA 32-bit.
When game starts, it goes through the introduction video and then it hangs
and there is a MiniDump on screen as attached.

This is a very highend PC that runs all other major strategy games such as Total War 2
and Theatre of War 2 with no problems.

Please advise whether I need to sed for refund.

Is this forum being monitored by Matrix?
There is no response and I cannot use the game I just bought.

I would like to return this game and get my refund if there are no resources
or solutions available for this problem. I need to know ASAP. I was going to try this
game because it looked promising and recommend it to my gaming clan. If it
doesn't work, then that is the message I will be taking back to my gaming community.

I consider myself hard-core WW2 strategy gamer. I am always on a lookout for ground
breaking games such as Theater of War series and I have influenced a rather large gaming
community of adopting games with a promise. So, it is best if you don't ignore buying
customers. Yes, software bugs are common but how you handle the tech support aspect and
how you work with the gaming community will define the acceptance and longevity of your
game and so far I have not been even acknowledged by Matrix's tech support, much less
offered a solution!

My patience is running out. I will wait one more day and return the game for good.
I had full intentions of playing and evaluating and possibly evangelizing this game.
