if I need to give a certain unit, for example, the "WF - SS - 10.5cm FH 18 Bn" more HE rounds at his 100% /default level, can someone please explain where do I go to edit in the estab editor?

Open estab editor and open up the weapon you want to change. Click on the 'Performance' tab. Click on 'aper' (for instance if they're the number of rounds you want to edit) and change the number in the 'load' box to your desired amount. Hit apply. Save the estab file and then compile.
