I'm sure that more than once you heard, if indeed you didn't say, the two most dangerous things in the world are a junior officer with a plan or a map, and a AW with a screw driver![:D]

Any officer is dangerous [:D] One with a plan is worse. And one who believes they know what is happening is worse still...

But the worst ones are those who think they know why a complex piece of machinery works. Just because you know how it works, or how to make it work at any rate, does not qualify you to actually give suggestions on how to fix it [:-] We won't listen to you and we're just going to take the **** as soon as you're gone. If not sooner. [:'(]

in my life as a junior officer, when in doubt, i just asked a chief what he would do...the look of shock from the chief that a J.O. was asking his advice was worth the minimal embarassment of asking in the first place...

A train set as a kid?  I have lots of trains now, and I'm 43.  [:D]

I just don't have any place to set them up currently. [;)]

I want a train, an electric racecar set, a chemistry set, model rockets (what do you want? I am an engineer and a geek)[:D]

That would actually make a fun xmas !
