History Screen Scrolling Problem

When reviewing the battle reports at the bottom of the "History Screen", if the report for that battle has a scroll bar for the attacker or defender because there are more attackers/defenders than will fit into the box at one time, the list will only scroll for less than a second before jumping back to the top of the list.
