06i - DB changes - some scen catch them some not ?

Post by vonSchnitter »

Sunday morning cruise:
wanted to start a new Scen 2 game after patch for a look-see as Japan.

A quick scan revealed that the Toyos did not get the engine change to Ha-34. The Toyos in Scen 1 did have them.

In order to avoid any issues I performed a clean install and applied the patch.

Same result. I have not looked into all Scenarios - or other than the Toyo changes - but so far only Scen 1 and 7 have the Toyo change - 2 and 8 not.

The patch read-me says:

9. Scenario Data Changes – Scope
9.1. Naval and Air related changes apply to scenarios 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9
9.2. Device and Location changes apply to scenarios 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 10

Am I doing something wrong ?

Cheers

Scenario 6 is also missing the Toyo change to Ha-34. I spot checked a couple of other DB changes and they are in Scn 6.

This is a "minority report" I take it.
Just going by the number of responses.

Would one of you guys pretty please spare a minute or so before the next move to check if scen 2 got the engine fix for Toyos - just so I know my install is not down the drain ?

Thank you.
Cheers
