30 seconds and disappointed

I have owned every option of this game. Amiga versions as well. When the Harpoon ultimate announced I said no to myself no no no, as I was disappointed with ANW 3.all Asked if under the way replenishment had been fixed the answer was muddy at best, but I was still dumb enough to fork out $38 it took hours to d/l install the game and get this, see attachment.
Very disappointed indeed please help.

Just to follow up my first post, I have tried all colour options, graphics driver are updated 25/10/10. All other Matrix games work out the box.
System O/S is Win 7 64 bit
Rig I5 quad 266 4 gig of ram Gforce 210 1 gig graphics card

I can get the colours to to work in window mode only, mouse is sticky though

I never use anything other than window mode. Regarding the mouse: have you tried the slider low/fast vs high/slow in the Launcher?
