I see others are having the same problem with the member club that I am. I had a long established account but am not longer able to login. I thought perhaps I had forgotten my password and submitted a "forgot password" request, several times, and no response from the system. I then emailed Erik Rutins a couple times but have not received a response. I then sent a message to the members club administrator via the contact form provided under the Corporate section and no response from that quarter either.

Also, I was unable to download a patch for Hannibal from the link provided. It just times out. I was finally able to download via a ftp client. Is anyone else have difficulty downloading by web browser?

The member club login and patch downloads worked fine with the previous Matrix web software. Since the update to the new version it seems to be having problems that need to be addressed.
