Patch problems

I hope someone can help me out. I am a complete idiot when it comes to computers.

When I go to download the latest patch I get this message near the start.

ERROR

File 1: An error occured while trying to open an FTP file

The process stops there and I am unable to install the patch. What do I need to do to get the patch installed?
We are in December 1943 of my PBEM game and things are getting interesting.

You was probably using the auto updater which didnt work for me either, I had the same error message.

Hi Cookie,

Thats got it , I did try the automatic update and it failed. I never thought to even look for the update on the products download page. Many thanks for the help.
