Installation Issue

A bit of a problem here...

Download appeared to go fine, inputted serial number, installation process starts churning, but then I get an installation error to the effect that

"A decompression error has occurred (#1024)"

The error occurs as the installer is unpacking GP0158.bmp, and if I hit Ignore, the error repeats for all the following .bmp files.

Hi BlakeLLB,

Unfortunately, this sounds like either a corrupted download or possibly a hardware (memory or hard drive) issue on your side. My first recommendation would be reboot and try one more time or try installing on a different system or drive if you have one. If that still fails, try deleting the file and re-downloading.
