OK I give up

I've bought several Matrix titles, sometimes the physical and sometimes just the download. Never had a problem. But this time it's lucky for me I got the physical copy because I'm getting nothing. Three times I've tried, and three times the download just stops transferring. I've tried everything, even restarting my computer. Who are these guys and why can't they send me my game? What is that program that lets you resume a download?

Thanks Eric. Boy, the Matrix downloads have always been good as gold, so this is as unexpected as it is frustrating.
