Glitch in OOB system

Tring to work thru the tutorial. Do stuff with STAVKA OOB, then exit - leaves ghosted info on the screen and cannot go back to OOB for any unit. May be because of clicking on the STAVKA counter while I have OOB info open for STAVKA??

Only to this extent: If I repeatedly resize the game window while the top-level info for STAVKA is displayed, at some point the redraw screws up, so that I have superimposed versions of the brown-background STAVKA info. Closing the top one leaves the other as a ghost, as shown; can't be gotten rid of.
