No confirmation screen after a purchase ?

Post by Raidhaennor »

Hello everyone.

I just purchased several games at once on the site, this is the first purchase I made since the new store. As stated in the title after I sent my order through, the page loaded for a while, and then just blank space (in the part of the page where the order took place, the rest of the page was fine). No confirmation that the order went through, no download link or anything. That doesn't seem normal.
Additionnaly, only one of those games got registered automatically. It seems it should have been all of them, or none.

I did receive all the necessary information by e-mail in a matter of minutes, and I'm downloading the last game now. I was also able to register manually my remaining games. So overall the purchase went fine, but I thought I should let you know, so that you can look into it (I had a bit of a scare not seeing confirmation that the order went through, and then only seeing one game registered).

I was using Firefox(3.6.13) when that happened.

Thanks for the report - that's not normal. Normally there is a processing page and after that a final confirmation page with your serial number and download links. Can you e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order number please?

E-mail sent just now, with the same title as this thread.

Thanks for looking into it.
