Road to Smolensk scenario

How come 4PzGruppe starts with no supplies, fuel and ammo?

In additon to Pzgr. 4, I get the message that serveral Rumanian support units are also disbanded. I thought there where no Rumanians in this scenario?

These are support units attached to inactive(delayed) HQs. I thought it should be fixed.. will check them. Thanks for the report.
