Combat Net under XP

Anyone else able to get the Combat Net app working under xp? When I install, XP says that the install overwrote a system OCX and needs to be replaced with the version from XP. So, after it replaces the overwritten OCX, the game does not launch. I don't want to say 'cancel' to the XP alert, because what busienss does an app installer have overwriting comctl32.ocx?!!? Anyways, anyone have a version or can point me to another net-based game-finder that will work on XP?
