Still Bummed. Is tech support asleep. I paid, and deserve to play!

I cannot download. I went to the FAQ download page to trace the purchase, and searched by both methods, order # and last 5 of C.C. I absolutely entered the correct info, however the order is not to be found. Now I paid big bucks for this game, and I cannot download. I really should get an intelligible response to this issue. I paid good money.
