HQ problem

Hi all,

Just checking my command distances etc and noticed that the top 3 units don't have a higher HQ connected as standard......

I think they have been attached to the withdrawing HQ, iirc Carpathian AG. And new HQ was not set on withdrawal. Need to bug it. Thanks for the report.
