Anyway, just got back from the gym, where I'm beginning to notice a disturbing trend. Men apparently have no body hair these days! And I'm not talking about teenagers, but guys my own age and older.[X(]

It is now T-6 days and counting.
Payload installation into the sleigh started at 08:00 GMT as scheduled. This process takes time because the payload has to be installed in careful order and with proper placement. There are two reasons for this. First the CG (Center of Gravity) of the sleigh must remain within design limits for the entire duration of the flight. Second, payload placement on the sleigh was calculated to minimize on the ground time for Santa on Christmas night. These calculations keep the loads and dynamics engineers at the North Pole busy all year. These guys are still busy because Santa keeps updating the payload compliment right up until December 24th. Those last minute changes can really kill a CG calculation. They can also screw up the flight planning schedule.

1. Just got my backside handed to me in an October 1942 PBEM. mini-KB took it in the shorts and its return volley was swatted aside. Ugh. Kudos to my opponent for perfect operational timing... Jerk. [:D]
