Anyway, just got back from the gym, where I'm beginning to notice a disturbing trend. Men apparently have no body hair these days! And I'm not talking about teenagers, but guys my own age and older.[X(]

I can understand defoliating ONE part of your anatomy, when you're in a relationship. I've done it, but that was because I got something in return. The whole thing? Nah-ah!

What is the world coming to if that's a requirement to get....umm.....attention. [:D]

Well, nobody likes hair in their mouth...

Anyway, intermittent snow and 8-10 degrees below zero today. On my way back from the gym, I took a walk down the main street of my town to pity the poor fools who haven't finished their Christmas shopping yet...[:'(]

Had a pretty little snow here yesterday. Mostly gone now, but it was quite pleasant.

Certainly better than the ice crap that got me on Thursday. [:-]

Thank you my esteemed opponent. You left out how the US Marines are furious at Spruance for being late for convoy protection two days earlier and min-KB sent a bunch of the 1st Marine Regiment swimming. [:(] KB is still intact, at large, armed and dangerous.

Enoy the weather in San Antonio...and get the laptop working so we can continue playing while you're gone.

Aside from a few minor things for friends, which I'll leave up to the GFU, my holiday shopping is done.

Man, there were a lot of cute girls at the mall. I think I did a fairly decent job of not staring. [X(][:D]

Temperatures are supposed to go up here a lot during the next days. If all that snow melts in a short amount of time, I woder how many families will celebrate Christmas with a flooded cellar...

Looking for a book recommendation about Lawrence of Arabia (English, not German). Scientific (no lets-just-praise-the-hero stuff), but readable. Not interested in the autobiograhpy. Any ideas?

Imagine my surprise when I tried it for myself! Onime is right, if you google Haruna then rather than a page on the IJN battleship I got a page on the destroyer JDS Haruna instead! [X(][X(][X(]

Also pages on some Nigerian bloke and a cartoon character as well as the battleship. The image search did have some pretty pics though...

Morning tithe. The promised snow did not materialize. Hopefully it will stay that way until after I go on vacation so GFU and I don't have to commute in it.
