Missing Support Squads in Axis Minor Airbases

Patch 1.01

Nearly all Axis Minor Airbases start various scenarios without any assigned Support Squads.

Confirmed are:

43-45: ALL Axis Minor Airbases
42-45: ALL Romanian + Italian Airbases
didn't check 45

A possible issue is that some Romanian Airbases have nearly 500 Support Squads in the 41-45 GC, is this WAD?

In a related question:

All Axis Minor HQ units start with 1 Supply Dump/1 Fuel Dump in all scenarios, often it's also 0/0.

All German HQ's from 42 onwards start scenarios with only 1 Supply Dump/1 Fuel Dump. This includes the HQ's belonging to Army Group South in Case Blue/ GC 42, as well as the offensive Armies for Kursk in GC 43.

Is this WAD? At least in the latter cases I thought it wouldn't be.

In addition, some of the Pz Div's on the southern Kursk salient are nearly out of Supply/Fuel/Ammo in the 43 GC, making the intended offensive action difficult to execute.

Out of supply divisions in 1943 are not intended.

Forget the out of supply divisions, I just restarted the scenario to list the ones which were affected and saw that this has already been fixed with the last patch.
