OOB Info menu bug

The picture below explains it well. All the links in the menu below after being opened, then exited, return back to the shown menu, except for that one link called Commanders Report (CR). It exits the below menu so that I have to reopen the OOB menu and reselect the commander to get back to the menu below. I got too wordy, just look at the picture please. [;)]
