Control Toggle

I am using the control tiggle to highlight HQs, but the units are only transiently outlines then it cuts off - are they supposed to remain highlit in blue?

It seems to work if the Toggle Isolated Icon is not activated...okay.

FWIW, I find that the Control highlights works properly only if both the toggle units isolated and the toggle unit modes are both off.

With isolated on, there is no highlight and with unit modes on it only flashes.
