When it is stipulated that each side in a PBEM game will use only 10% atty, does that mean only atty capable of indirect fire, or any type of atty?

I have seen it both ways, but normally with 10%, it applies to artillery capable of indirect fire that is not organic to infantry units.

Better to check with your opponent or clarify beforehand.
