Ver 1.01 Bug-Air Doctrine escort setting

The Air Doctrine settings do not seem to work for escort.

My read of the rules is the escort setting will have the computer try to send escorts equal to that percentage of bombers on mission (i.e. a setting of 50 on escort will send 30 fighters for 60 bombers).

I'm finding on all mission modes, an escort setting of 20 will send equal to bombers, 50 will send up to double to bombers, 80 will send more than double to bombers, and a 100 almost triple to bombers.

Is this a bug or did I miss something in rules?

Sounds like a bug as that's not how the manual says it should work, I'll point a developer to the thread.

I can confirm that current escort percentages are effectively at least doubled. So setting of 50 would make at least 1:1 ratio (100%). Will fix it.
