Zis-30 dates wrong

I was looking at the Lt. Tank Destroyer Zis-30 as I had the option to build a battalion sized formation of them.

The current dates are (as best I can recall after looking last night):
Start: 1942 month 4
Stop: 1941 month 10

I think these are clearly backward and I'm not sure what the computer will do when it hits 42.

Is nebelwerfer date wrong as well? Is 1/41, should that be later than Soviet rocket lounchers?

I can tell you what happens in 1942 - the TD Units created at STAVKA as attachments just sit in 'U' status with zero Zis-30 devices in their TOE...

Right. The 41 TD Battery can be created beginning in 8/41; this should be moved to whatever is the correct month for ZiS-30 production to start (or ZiS-30 production should be set to begin in 8/41).
