Editor: Weeks in production incorrect

The weeks in production is shown incorrectly.
Guess some fixed value in there or a wrong formula? Because if you change the first year or month in production it will change.
However if you change the last year or month in production the amount of weeks will not change.

Currently it calculates weeks till the upgrade is available.
