Playing the Bar scenario, about the middle of October , with only three small battles fought that turn, my casualties went from2000+ to 4000+ in one turn.
Very difficult game so far, but enjoyable. I found out that secaniro tactics don't work on the full front.

It has been a long time since I read about the War. I vaguely remember there was a horrible Blizzard at the beginning of December, which I remember as being described as the worst in years, and Mud in mid October onward, until the freezes and snowstorms.

Playing with historical weather on, is there somewhere to find the turns on which I can expect snow/mud/blizzard ?
