Do you have to have completed all the campaigns (through Bulge) in the original BA before playing France?

No. BF is listed as a campaign just like the others. If you installed the game fresh, you may have to play the tutorial to unlock any of the campaigns.

Hmmm... didn't the original campaigns need to be played in order? I thought you couldn't skip one.

Nope - that was the case, if I recall, in the beta at some point, but it was unpopular, so we removed it. Now you just need to play through the tutorial to unlock all the campaigns and missions, as well as MP and the editor.

Are there any plans to add some more building types/terrain into the series?

Well, this lets you know how clueless I am. I have been going through & doing them in order. I will continue 'till I am done just as a matter of pride. Only a few left in the Bulge section. I will get the Blitzkrieg France add-on anyway.

I hereby withdraw anything I said about the scenarios being easy. I have been nearly a week at one in Bulge & it is giving me fits. But I usually prevail if I stick with them. They are getting insanely difficult though. Great game!

I pulled the trigger on this one. I couldn't resist ... the art work and videos sold me. It just looked like too much fun to pass up. I've played through the tutorials and decided to jump into the Bulge to get to some of the later war years equipment. I got all excited when an M18 Hellcat showed up as a reinforcement ... then it promptly got blasted into oblivion. Oh well, my Jumbo is till kickin butt. I may have to play some online with this one. Enjoy.
