I'll be watching also. Here's to Da Bears demolishing the Jets. Cheers!

Good luck with that. We have the daughter's BF coming over. We all have our crosses to bear.

Just because it's Christmas doesn't mean you have to be nice though [:D] Just sit between them quietly sharpening a carving knife.
If I end up playing the damn game I'm going to make sure I lose as quickly as possible. Or feign my own death, which will have the benefit of meaning I'll never have to play it again.

We are having Christmas today because the wife worked yesterday. Ham, roasted sweet potatoes, green bean cassarole, and pie for dessert.

1805 was the year of Trafalgar which should be a clue. In the meantime:

I have to go and find Fear God and Dread Nought because I'm going to be playing it in the New Year.

My son and I just checked the weather. Driving conditions for South Carolina and North Carolina are listed as extremely hazardous for later today as a snow storm is pushing through from west to east. He has decided to stay an extra day. Although he will have to use a vacation day everyone will be here an extra day[:)]

Good call, Bruce. There is around 6 inches of snow on the ground here, and the roads are not yet clear. Tomorrow should be much better. Sara got to take full advantage of the new all wheel drive SUV early this morning for the 80 mile drive to work. She said she was very pleased with how it handled, but the 90 minute drive took 150 minutes. [;)]

Good shot. If anything, we have a little more snow over here....just a few miles closer to the coast.

I'm in the Matrix football league championship today.  I should know by tonight if I will be the owner of WitE in the near future or not. [:)]

Wow, just saw a TV report that the game scheduled for tonight in Philadelphia may be postponed due to the threat of the blizzard being in full force at game time.  Maybe I won't know if I win my league until Tuesday.  [X(]

My nephew spent most of his time playing with either a Playmobil ship (just like Granddad's!) or a big (and noisy) car garage. The time spent not playing was mostly filled with requests (or were they demands?) that various people come and play with him.

Just sit between them

I'd rather not sit next to him. Don't like him or his family.

We drove home today, did OK until the M40 where it took about 30 mins to travel 1 junction [:@] It got a bit emotional when the windscreen was covered in salt/grime/muck and the windscreen wash was frozen. Cue 30 odd miles of motorway driving trying to peer through a tiny patch in the corner that had stayed clear.
