Database and related issues

Post by SireChaos »

1) ZiS-30 light tank destroyer

The start and end date issue is being adressed already. However I noticed according to the database it uses -52 supply points, which I am sure is a mistake.

2) MC.202 fighter

This aircraft is set to start production on 0/42.

3) SU-57 light tank destroyer

I am not even sure this is a mistake, but this vehicle has production costs even though it is provided by lend-lease, while lend-lease vehicles are stated by the manual to have 0 production cost.
However, looking at its picture, the SU-57 looks suspiciously like an M3 halftrack with an AT gun in a very Soviet-looking armored superstructure on top of it, so I am guessing the production cost represents the cost for the gun and installing it on a lend-lease-provided halftrack. Is that correct?

4) BT cavalry tanks

I cannot prove it, but it appears to me that some Soviet tank divisions and brigade which are short on medium or light tanks sometimes receive a number of BT cavalry tanks of some model or another instead; some tank units apparently start out with those as well, so I am not sure if they actually get any BTs as reinforcements. Is that a bug or a feature? I´m not complaining, just wondering.

5) T-34 tanks

Is there a reason why build limits for T-24 factories decrease with each successive model, from 75 to 62 to 50? Okay, from the M1941 to the M1942, you switch from 3 factories to 5 so you get an increase of the total production numbers, but why is there a switch from a maximum of 310 T-34 M1942 to 250 T-34/85?

1) We have fixed it already. Will be in the coming patch.

2) It won't have any production issue, but doesn't look good. Will fix. Thanks

3) Good catch. Will fix.

4) Yes, BT can be used as light/medium tanks

5) Production rate for T-34/85 was reducing, because factories were switching to produce more of SU/ISU some of which were sharing the same chassis.
