Rail Damage Button is crazy

I'm not sure why pressing the "Toggle Rail Damage Off/On" button works properly sometimes, and others it doesn't, but I've played with it enough to start to believe it's NOT anything I'm doing with multiple map filters on.

Sometimes when I press the Rail Damage Toggle it shows rail damage. Most of the time it does nothing. I have no idea why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

So I figure it's a stupid bug. Correct it, or correct me if I'm the bug.

I have had the same problem but I found that clicking on a rail hex & then the rail damage button solved the problem

Can you provide more information when it doesn't show it for you? Some steps to reproduce, screenshots. FYI, it won't show up at when unit is selected and in some map modes, ex Battle Sites. Thanks

Helpless (nice tag in a support forum!), I think you nailed it for me.

My issue stems from having units selected and trying to show rail damage.

You can't have a unit selected - select an open hex first, then type "r."

Ahhhhh select an open hex. I have been getting around this by saving, exiting then reloading and the show rail damage would work! I will try this immediatly to see if this has been my issue.
