Printing Combat Reports

I am playing the Allied side in Scenario 17 and would like to keep a collection of combat reports as they happen. My question is:
Is there any way to print out the combat reports without exiting the game altogether and going to the combat report section of the save folders using Windows explorer?
It is much too much trouble doing it this way. Is there a better way that I've missed somehow?
Also, I don't suppose there's a way to print out the ship/aircraft data sections, is there?
Any help will be sincerely appreciated.

At the end of a round of play, after both the Japanese and the Allies have gone, the combat replay shows. The results of that are also generated in a file in your save game directory called combatreport.txt You can copy that or print it. Be warned that the next combat replay for any game on your machine will overwrite the file.

Hi, for every game I play after a turn I copy that turns combatreport.txt and paste it into a notebook that I name after the game (example PBEM game in slot 015 becomes folder 015AAR and in folder is 015AAR.txt When they fill up or a new month begins I start a new notebook. I have every PBEM combatreport saved in one of these notebooks and I use them to write my AAR's ( I write notes each turn after I paste the combat report.) Not being the interesting writer some folks are my AAR's are just these combat reports held together by my comments.

Just Alt-Tab out of the game, copy/rename the file, and alt-tab back.
