Love the game but odd error when trying to register the game

Bought the game earlier this morning as a digital download and installed it just fine and boy is it looking to be a whopper of a game just from reading the manual !!
loaded it up and runs ok nothing wrong there...
BUT...
When i go to register the game i get a strange error of ( key already used ) and will not register the game and does not show up under the my games in members area as well.
I double checked to make sure the number i was inputing was the same one from the email and it is and i triple checked to make sure it said the exact same number in the serialreg file in the game folder and they match exactly.
Tried it at several different times today and is exact same ( key already used )
So kinda confused as to what is going on [&:]

As long as you ordered the game while logged in, it automatically registers it for you (check your list of registered games). Then when you try to register it manually it is telling you it is a duplicate.

Just rechecked my games in members page and it correctly lists the other 5 games i have bought over the years from matrix and have registered just fine but this one is not showing up there either
so no clue why i am having the register problem..guess my curse of finding software bugs reared its bug ugly head again lol
well back off to read the manual some more !..if my head doesnt explode from info overload from tryign to memorize it all [X(]

There was similar report in the past. Sometimes it may not show up correctly. Hopefully matrix folks will solve it soon.

Well still giving me the same error when i log in and try to register and it is not showing up on my list of games with the others i have bought over the last few years so am at a total loss
Game works fine though other then that small hiccup !!
