Steel Panthers Video Problem

I loaded Steel Panthers on my new laptop (Windows 7 Home Edition). When I bring up the game, the screen colors are messed-up with real ugly colors. My video driver is current (I have a Dell Laptop). I have tried to run the game under XP mode but that did not help. Suggestions??? See the attached screen shot.

Go to the SPWAW forum in the WWII section. There are posts about this.
