RE: Road to Oblivion GC Miller41 (R) vrs Belphigor (G)
I understand that feeling Top, I feel abused myself, problem with that temporary satisfaction is the long term problem of his armor surrounding my attackers next turn as I commit to fight when I am not ready. I can wait[:D]
I understand the stacking and do keep it in the back of my mind Randall but sometimes you have to decide to make the enemy fight hard for spots, even in russia you start to run out of room to retreat[X(]

Finally got a turn back, holidays are a bummer[:D] Trying this using photo bucket so if the pictures are not large enough let me know.
First thing I will post is the Losses which were low again and the Leningrad front.

The Light black arrows are the german attacks last turn. He didn't advance after routing 2 units, must have been a tough fight
Red arrows are my planned pullback and the solid black arrows are where I expect him to attack.

Here is a shot of the Novgorod - Rzhev front. Looks like he is standing pat here.

Moscow is starting to heat up, i have included my probable moves on the map along with the forts already made. As you can see I don't have many units in front of him, Yet. I am not committing 16th Army to the front yet, they are digging in and training.

Orel front, falling back slowly as shown, he will press me for sure. I am thin on the ground here with no forces in the rear close. Kiev front is falling back as well as I can't afford the loss of to many divisions

Kiev front. Remember this is all prior to my moves. I have scare recon right now so I have no idea what is behind his lines.
Yellow line is what I think he will do, of course i could be wrong[:D]

Southern front. Not much to talk about here, as he is advancing slowly.

Turn 9, and it is very similar, believe me I have sent as much industry east as I could. Would have been worse if he had moved faster[:D]
Will have to remember to leave the turn showing on at least one screenshot

Miller it would be nice if you'd say for each post what turn it is - or at least list the turn more often. Your map screenshots never have a turn with them so it's hard to tell at a glance what the date is.
Germany has caused light losses on USSR so far in this one I'd say. No way he gets Leningrad, and barely across the Dniepr on turn 9 with no great progress on any other front - grim situation for Germany just like in Tophat's game.

Problem we both have..."MOVING INDUSTRY"....Industry then "damaged" and out of production for awhile. We will both be much, much better off by turn 25!

OK, it is turning into a grind around Leningrad. He attacked twice in the area and although his tanks advanced his infantry was not nearly so lucky. Even the successful attack was costly to him[:-] which is what I want.
Also this is all after my moves, prior to sending turn

Rzhev - N Moscow front, going to continue swinging this position back as long as I have no reserve behind it. Terrain is my friend here. Notice the fortified zones, decided to build some for defense.

Kharkov front, notice all the empty forts, had to pull back here due to the line being penetrated south of here. Am not going to get encircled any more than I have to. He is finishing off the pocket he formed last turn and I am sure he will continue marching onward this turn.

Southern front, comments on map. If he cuts off units down here that's OK[:D]. I have ground to give him here.

What are you going to do with that 2 unit stack of 11 CV with a tank div in it, near the Psel river? I hope you don't allow it to be surrounded.

What you can do is stick your head really close to the monitor and look at the jump map; each one of your units is a little red dot. Click the cursor on it, and it'll be in the big window. You shouldn't miss it then. [:D]
