Formation of Russian Corps Aug 42

Hi

Im into a 42 Scenario Turn 8 as the russians, i have noticed a small issue re the formation of a russian corps from 3 divs. As you can see from my attached screeny it seems to have formed a 42c Corps which is not avialable for 7 more turns (october 42) and not the 42b version. This now gives oob values of 100%+.

Is this a bug or meant to happen.

According to this SS, it is 42b RC. Seems that RD you was merging were quite strong, so it gave such huge TOE%.

Ok just thought cause of the oob it would transfer the overlimit of oob back to the stockpile.

Manual says it will sowly return the excess to the stockpile.
