How to use flamm panzer btns? Are they good at assulting fort or fight in urban terrain? or better attaching them to armored spearhead?

I would use them attached to units you intend to use to destroy infantry. Their flamethrowers have a range of 50 and a Ant-soft value of 100. See them as armored flamethrowers (Very short range but at least they have some armor).

Keep in mind they are AFV's. AFV and combat vehicle type ground elements will have their CV (26.1.4) reduced by half when attacking or defending in urban, heavy woods, swamp, broken and mountain hexes. Infantry
type ground elements will have their CV doubled when in urban, heavy woods, swamp, broken
and mountain hexes.

Yes, you can find them there (in the unit tab, click on the ground element you want to explore and from there you can click on the weapons it has)

Press "C" and choice "Equpiment" Tab

Try assigning them to your motorized infantry divisions. They like to operate in the same terrain, and it gives them a punch when you need to use motorized divs to clear the road for Panzer formations (if foot infantry is not available that is).
