No track paths

In our game which has worked perfectly up to date I can no longer see the movement track paths (saying how much movement capacity is left after moving to each new square) at all.
This makes the game very difficult to play.
What can I do?

Can you check if "show move path" is still checked in preferences?

I reinstalled the game completely and that solved it.
