cant install distant worlds on windows 7

hi guys, just did a format and installed a copy of windows 7 ultimate 64bit and for some reason the installer hangs when hitting the uninstaller part, ive run the installer with admin privleges but still it hangs in the same place, any help?

With 64 bit you may need to set it for compatibility mode (32 bit, XP, etc.), but I'm not sure of that, just something to try.

just tried running it with compatability, still didnt work, the installer hangs when installing the in game editor stuff[:(]

Any chance your anti-virus is blocking it?

that did it, AVG was stopping it installing, thanks for the help guys
