Is this a bug?

When I got my opponents move all my front aircrafts formation had a readiness of 10-15 planes, ALL OFF THEM as well as several bomber formations were used before I even got to that place.

OP points were very low, around 30 on all HQs disregarding if there were a good/bad general.

The only place there it was as it should were at the West and Italian front

Yes, that is a bug of some type, but don't know if it is scenario related or the game itself. I had an oddity recently in my playing of the scenario where a number of units already had orders issued to them and some HQs wouldn't fly air missions, but it lasted just one turn. That was nearly 90 turns into the game also. How far are you?

I guess if it happens again, please let me know the details of what and when in the game. Not sure what is happening, I have only had it happen the one time only. Like the scenario got slightly corrupted, but it still worked fine otherwise, so it is hard to believe the scenario itself is the problem.
