Bug Report - Bulgaria + Yugoslavia

I am playing as the Russians, and Bulgaria and Yugoslavia have apparently surrendered (territories cannot be entered). However, there still seems to be some Axis units perched on the border of these countries. I presume after surrender any units in these areas will be removed and returned as reinforcements.

I think the rule is they may only move out of the area, but there is no time limit that forces them to move out immediately. I think house rules for 2 player games is they should be forced to move out as soon as possible.

I noted this as well earlier and really think that this should be addressed as it really really distracting. The german units eventually go away but you still have to garrison the border[:@]

I am playing the game currently against the AI, and even though I have left it an avenue to move out, it does not seem to have any inclination to do that. It is a bit distracting to have to worry about units springing up from "surrendered" areas at some later stage.
