Possible Bug: Soviet "Elite" SU's

I was doing a quick scan of my units in the commanders report when I spotted two support units that had E in the Elite/Guard column.

This was the 200th AA Bn and the 113th Sapper Bn. Neither one had any special designation when I opened the unit directly to view its details.

Neither had guards status, had perfectly normal experience and morale and neither qualified for guard status. Looks to be a straightforward error since both may be original units.

Paul, I don't see those units in 1941 GC. Did you build them? Or is this different scenario?

Ok then I must have built them, as this is the 41 GC.  I can't say for certain that I did unfortunately.  I could go back through saves looking for when they showed up.
