UGH Jahol not part of mongolian garrison

Jehol is to the right of the orange line separating Manchuria from china but troops there do not count against the Russian garrison. was not fun to find this out lol.

That's interesting. I believe Jehol is the only hex in Manchuria that is Temperate. The rest are Cold.

Hi,

I think the rules mention that garrison requirements are for the North West map region. You can display regions on the map by typing "2".

In practice, North West is everything in Manchukuo, Korea and China East of hex column 99 (inclusive), including the island of Saishu To. So Jehol is not part of it, but Port Arthur, Shanhaiguan and the region of China due north of Linhsi belong to it.
