Game Crash? What is This?

I loaded WitE on my laptop successfully. However, when I try to start it, I get this. What is this and how can it be fixed? I loaded both my download and my disc. In both cases I get the same thing. WitE loaded and is working fine on my PC.

I could use some help here.
