Pop Up Screen is stuck!

The pop up screen with Yes or No is stuck!
Now every action that calls this screen shows me something that does not have the Yes or No buttons.
I can't proceed! I have close the game via task manager and to redo the whole turn!

It only hit me once. After I dumped the program, and re-loaded, I have not had another issue. Now I save before I start doing an action like that (so I don't have to re-issue orders etc). I am still watching for it.

I found what is causing it. If you press "End Turn" button and answer "No", the state of YesNo dialog is not cleared and next time it is shown with custom background. To clean it's state you may press "Exit scenario" button on the top menu and answer "No".

Yes, once you get there you won't see them. But there is a known steps to reproduce it. So if you occasionally pressed End Turn and answered No, you may press Exit Scenario and answer No as well. It will bring all other YesNo dialogs back to normal.
